FAQ

Is my child too far behind to catch up?

Almost never. Most children who look far behind are missing a handful of topics, not everything. The free assessment shows exactly which ones.

What actually happens in the free class?

40 minutes, live. Lawrence asks your child to try some questions, teaches one topic, and watches where they get stuck. Within 24 hours you get a written plan: what to fix, which class fits, and the fees. You don't have to sign up.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the class and how often your child needs it. You'll get the exact fees in writing with the plan, before you commit to anything. Brothers and sisters get [10]% off.

Will my child really learn online? They get distracted.

Groups are small, no more than [8], cameras stay on, and Lawrence calls on every child by name. The free class is the best test: watch how they respond.

My child is shy and won't speak up in class.

Lots of children start that way. Lawrence never puts a child on the spot to embarrass them, and they can also send questions privately in the chat or on WhatsApp after class. Confidence usually follows the first few right answers.

What if there's no light or the network fails?

Every class is recorded and kept for [30] days. Your child watches it back and asks questions in the class WhatsApp group.

We live abroad. Will the times work, and does he know the curriculum?

Classes for families abroad run in [UK and US evenings], and lessons follow [GCSE, IGCSE or US grade] work. Send your city on WhatsApp and we'll send times in your time zone.

How will I know it's working?

A short progress note every [Friday] and a test score every [4] weeks. You never have to chase.

Is this a real business?

Yes. Lawrence Tutorial Services Ltd is registered with the CAC, RC [number]. Every payment gets an invoice and a receipt.

What if it doesn't work for my child?

[If Lawrence agrees: "Tell us within the first two weeks and we'll refund the rest of the month."]
